There was also a feature, that when I cancelled a class it would also be removed from your calendar. This would be a much welcome return. When cancelling a class, I have to remember to cancel in my calendar too, if I don’t, I can’t remember it I have cancelled it in the app or not.
Hi, thank you for your feedback, we've looked into this and for iPhones that are running iOS17 you will need to go into your calendar settings for the Nuffield Health app and select 'Full access' you should then be able to see your calendar list once again in the app.
We are currently looking into booking removal from calendar also.

LMCG60 , 05/09/2023While the app looks good and much better at booking promptly at 7.00am without having to keep logging in each morning, however now when you book a class you can not see the availability of other classes as you did before, this used to give the option of cancelling your class and rejoining another one - there’s no way of knowing now - unfortunately this is a step backwards- please bring this back!!
Thanks for your response but sorry I didn’t explain myself properly. Before the update after booking a class you could still see if there were places available on the class that was overlapping, giving you the option to cancel the class you booked and transfer, now though you take a chance on cancelling that class only to find the one that was overlapping had a long waitlist! Shirleex , 16/12/2023I’m new to Nuffield Health, recently signed up because I heard it’s great and friendly and have amazing classes. After signing up in person I got an activation email, EVERY-TIME I tried that link in the email, it comes back with the same error, my account doesn’t exist and no one know what to do!! Almost a month in and I can’t even log into the app to book any classes, I am told “don’t worry you can ring reception and book”, it’s 2023! I shouldn’t have to ring reception for a timetable and class availability. I asked reception for help, they gave me a number to call, and then nothing. It’s a black hole, IT can’t figure it out said they will call me back within 10 working days!! This is absolutely stupid for how much I pay monthly and if I cancel now I get charged cancellation fee. How stupidly outrageous is this! Can someone please fix this so I can actually use the app?
